Senior Operations Specialist (Water)

Role responsibilities

Support HDR project leaders on water treatment projects and manage operations and maintenance projects for municipal and industrial clients. Develop startup and commissioning plans, perform training, and conduct condition assessments on water and wastewater facilities.

Requirements

A minimum of 10 years of field experience in troubleshooting and resolving water treatment process problems is required. Candidates should have a high school diploma, experience with Microsoft Office, and a commitment to the company's employee-owned culture.
