Accountabilities:
- Lead Discovery and Delivery initiatives, adapting design processes according to squad needs and product challenges.
- Design experiences for complex web product flows, simplifying critical customer journeys and reducing friction across interactions.
- Create iterative solutions by validating hypotheses, testing ideas, and continuously improving experiences based on insights.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research, usability testing, and behavioral analysis to support product decisions.
- Use product metrics such as adoption, engagement, conversion, satisfaction, and customer feedback to measure design impact.
- Map user journeys, identify experience improvement opportunities, and contribute to increasing product value perception.
- Influence product strategy and roadmap decisions through research, data analysis, and structured design recommendations.
- Promote design culture by sharing knowledge, providing feedback, and helping strengthen team practices.
- Apply AI-powered tools for research, ideation, prototyping, and workflow optimization.
- Solid experience working as a Product Designer across digital products, participating throughout the full Discovery and Delivery lifecycle.
- Proven experience designing web products, especially platforms with complex business rules, workflows, and user journeys.
- Strong knowledge of UX Research methodologies, including qualitative and quantitative approaches.
- Experience with information architecture, journey mapping, and Service Design practices.
- Ability to influence product decisions using research findings, data, and clear design rationale.
- Advanced proficiency with Figma and prototyping tools.
- Experience using AI tools to improve research, ideation, prototyping, or overall design workflows.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with product, engineering, and business teams.
- Experience in SaaS B2B products is considered a plus.
- Experience contributing to Design Systems or improving design maturity within product organizations is a plus.
- Interest in sharing knowledge through communities, events, mentoring, articles, open-source projects, or similar initiatives is valued.
