Hilton San Francisco Union Square is seeking an Assistant Manager of Revenue Management. This on-site position will assist Revenue Management team based on Hilton San Francisco Union Square.
As one of the tallest buildings in the city, this historic yet innovative 3-tower hotel has 1,921 rooms, 134,500 square feet of banquet space, and 4 food and beverage outlets. The ideal candidate will possess: advanced Microsoft Excel Skills, basic Knowledge of programming
Shift Pattern: Mondays to Fridays, morning shifts

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
- Support inventory and pricing management: Assist in monitoring and adjusting group and transient inventory controls, blackout dates, demand data, and sellout strategies
- Analyze revenue performance: Review reports, assess trends, and provide insights to refine pricing and inventory strategies
- Assist with forecasting and budgeting: Help prepare and input revenue forecasts and annual budget projections
- Monitor market trends: Track competitor pricing, demand indicators, and key market events to inform revenue strategies.
- Contribute to revenue meetings: Participate in and help facilitate discussions on booking trends, pricing strategies, and revenue opportunities
