Accountabilities:

    The System Configuration Analyst will support the configuration, preparation, and optimization of system demonstrations while ensuring accurate and compelling customer experiences. The role requires strong attention to detail, technical curiosity, and effective collaboration with internal stakeholders.

    • Support Sales Engineering and commercial teams by configuring system demonstrations tailored to customer and prospect requirements.
    • Create and maintain high-quality demo environments within digital platforms and future systems as needed.
    • Manage prospect demo accounts, ensuring configurations are accurate and aligned with business objectives.
    • Identify relevant examples of intellectual property threats and prepare reports that demonstrate platform capabilities and insights.
    • Analyze and manage large volumes of data to support effective demonstrations and customer presentations.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure demo materials and system configurations meet quality standards.
    • Assist in improving demo processes and contribute ideas to enhance customer engagement and solution delivery.
    • Work closely with the Sales Engineering leadership team to support ongoing commercial initiatives.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a technology-focused environment. A proactive mindset and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.

      • Experience in system configuration, software implementation, technical support, data operations, or a related field is preferred.
      • Strong ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver accurate results.
      • Quick learner with the ability to understand new platforms, processes, and technologies.
      • Excellent coordination and communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.
      • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
      • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
      • Ability to handle and analyze large volumes of data with strong attention to accuracy.
      • Comfortable performing computer-based activities and screen-focused work for extended periods.
      • Experience with brand protection systems, digital platforms, or similar technologies is an advantage.
      • Availability to work European or US business hours when required.
