Location(s): Sumner, WA

Schedule: 7:30 am – 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday

Pay: $21.97 - $29.81/hour, non-exempt, DOE

Position

The Receptionist will greet, assist, and provide direction and information to clients, visitors, and other guests of the organization. They will also provide administrative support to the Human Resources department.


Responsibilities

  • Operates multi-line telephone system to answer incoming calls and directs callers to appropriate personnel; answering questions about the company and providing callers with addresses, directions, and other pertinent company information.
  • Greets on-site visitors, determines the purpose of the visit, and announces visitors to appropriate personnel; monitors visitor access by ensuring completion of visitor log, issuing company badges, and providing company escort if required.
  • Performs administrative and clerical support for the HR team and site Leadership such as laminating flyers, making copies, creating paper packets, ordering catering for on-site meetings, filing, distributing paperwork to supervisors and ordering supplies.
  • Receives mail, documents and packages and distributes items to appropriate employees or departments.
  • Cleaning of returned safety PPE and ensure proper storage and that supplies are readily available.
  • Support with daily attendance calls may also be tasked on an “as needed” basis.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage a multi-line phone system and handling multiple incoming calls simultaneously.
  • Exceptional telephone etiquette.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of people in a diverse workforce.
  • Professional presence with the ability to greet employees and visitors in a courteous manner.
  • Basic understanding of administrative and clerical systems and procedures (mail, receiving payments, inventory of supplies, etc.).
  • Advanced multitasking, time-management, and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Customer-centric focus and advanced customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to keep workstation, lobby and supply areas clean and presentable.
  • Experienced in scheduling appointments and managing calendars and conference room schedules.
  • Ability to work effectively with a team or independently.
  • Capable of working with minimum supervision, utilizing available resources to make decisions and resolve problems.


Education

  • Certificate from college or technical school.
  • One year of related experience and/or training may be used in lieu of above requirement.


Preferred Experience

  • One year of related experience preferred.


Computer Skills

  • Expert user of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Proficient data entry and word processing skills.

Pay

SEKISUI Aerospace is required by Washington law to include the salary range for this role when hiring a Washington resident. Pay ranges may be higher or lower for non-resident WA employees, based on the market data for their region, allowing us to pay employees competitively in different geographic markets.
