The role is a 12-month fixed term contract, supporting a diverse portfolio of over 40 locations. The locations are across the UK & Ireland, APAC, and EMEA. If you're organised, people-focused, and love bringing projects to life behind the scenes, this is the role for you.What you will doYou will help our design and construction projects run smoothly. Working with project managers, partners, and contractors, you will:Keep projects on track with schedules, trackers, and action logsCoordinate day‑to‑day activities across teams and partnersManage important documentation including drawings, permits, and HSE recordsCreate clear and engaging project dashboards and status updatesSupport budgets, invoices, and spend trackingQualificationsWhat you will bringWe're looking for someone who enjoys working with others and thrives in a team where things can shift and develop.
