We are looking for an Associate Portfolio Management Debt to support portfolio monitoring, investment review processes, reporting, and stakeholder coordination. In this role, you will work closely with internal and external partners, contribute to strategic initiatives, and help ensure efficient portfolio management operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Support head of portfolio management in regular tasks, primarily review of investment pipeline and proposals; managing internal relationships; managing, control and due diligence of service providers.
- Support investment committee meetings.
- Support monitoring performance of the funds, budgets, and portfolio management KPIs.
- Coordinate and monitor service providers.
- Coordinate and support/prepare regular portfolio management reports.
- Support drafting and implementation of relevant policies and procedures.
- Proactively develop and uphold efficient business processes.
- Contribute and take a role in strategic projects where appropriate and relevant.
- Other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
What we expect:
- University degree in a relevant field (preferably in economics, law, finance, or business administration).
- Several years of relevant experience, preferably in Luxembourg asset management industry.
- Dynamic, authentic, credible team player with entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to cooperate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders in a multicultural context.
- Ability to work autonomously in a structured manner, including ability to deliver on time and within scope.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (French and/or German is a plus).
- Luxembourg resident or cross-border resident.
