We are looking for a skilled Cloud Engineer to join our cloud infrastructure and DevOps team. The role involves managing cloud environments, application servers, and automation workflows. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in cloud technologies and system administration with the ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and deliver solutions in a 24x7 production environment.About You:
3+ years of experience in Cloud/System Administration.Strong knowledge of AWS tools and services.
Proficiency in PowerShell and Shell scripting.
Hands-on with Jenkins, Docker, SSL, DNS.
Good understanding of web technologies and application servers.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent teamwork, communication, and customer service orientation.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
What you'll be doing:
Install, configure, and maintain IIS/Apache/Nginx web servers.Deploy and configure .NET applications on IIS/Apache/Nginx with SSL integration.
Analyze logs and troubleshoot application/server issues.
Manage and secure Windows and Linux OS environments, including upgrades and patches.
Develop automation scripts using PowerShell and Shell scripting.
Ensure SLA-based resolution of incidents and execution of changes.
Configure and manage AWS services such as EC2, Route53, ALB, S3, CloudFront, ECS, VPC, RDS, AWS backup certificate manager, and Docker.
Work with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Docker).
Handle networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, SSL/TLS).
Provide production support in a 24x7 environment, including rotational shifts.
