The primary responsibility is to work with the Product Owner to understand the Business Requirements, elicit the requirements and co-ordinate with project team to develop/configure the most optimal solution. The candidate will be working primarily on user identity and access rights management and access control methods, such as Role Based Access Control (RBAC), Policy Based Access Control (PBAC), Attribute Based Access Control (ABAC) etc.POSITION & OBJECTIVES: Job Description:Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owner to define and document the requirements for building an access rights management application suitable for the organisation.Understand business needs and translate the high-level business requirements into detailed functional and non-functional requirements.Create business process workflows and system designs as per the collected requirements.Develop the requirements into user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria to be used by Scrum team for development.Work closely with Product Owner, Scrum team to develop the solution using Agile methodology.Use FitNesse to document and verify application functionality implementing Test Driven Development (TDD) methodology.Assist in defining test cases and validating developed functionalities to ensure alignment with the approved requirements.Ensure the documentation of the developed application is written and accurate.Conduct UAT testing to validate implementation of the requirements.Analyse existing access control processes and recommend improvements for efficiency.Ensure the solution adheres to IAM policies, procedures, and documentation.Provide functional expertise in IAM tools and platforms, ensuring optimal configuration and performance.Collaborate with Operations team to troubleshoot access management related issues as needed.Conduct meetings, training sessions, and workshops for key users to ensure smooth adoption of systems.Participate in requirement elicitation and understanding of other solutions within Identity and Access domain.Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in IAM. QualificationsBE/ B.Tech /MCA or any other equivalent degree.3-7 years of experience as a Business/ Functional Analyst.Experience in UML, Visio to create domain model, activity diagrams to clarify requirements.Experience to decompose large functional requirement into independent, granular user stories.Experience with functional designs and tools for user journeys.Experience with agile...
