Accountabilities:

    The Data Product Manager will be responsible for leading the strategy, development, and evolution of data products focused on Supply Chain, ensuring business impact, product quality, and alignment between technical teams and stakeholders.

    • Lead the development and continuous improvement of data products, defining strategic directions and maintaining alignment with leadership and business objectives.
    • Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, problem exploration activities, and ideation processes with squads, stakeholders, partners, and users.
    • Translate product deliveries into business impact through executive presentations, clear narratives, and data-driven storytelling.
    • Prioritize initiatives and product features based on business impact, user feedback, and quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
    • Build and communicate product strategies to influence decision-making and strengthen collaboration across different areas.
    • Ensure delivery quality by maintaining continuous communication with stakeholders regarding improvements, capabilities, functionalities, and product evolution.
    • Collaborate with Analytics Engineering and Data Science teams on technical discussions, contributing ideas and supporting strategic decisions.
    • Support operational management of the team by monitoring evolution metrics and product performance indicators.
    • Manage product backlogs while encouraging technical teams to adopt Agile methodologies and best practices.
    • Manage the complete product lifecycle, from discovery and conception to development, launch, growth, maturity, and continuous improvement.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate should have experience managing data products and combining product management expertise, analytical thinking, Agile practices, and strong stakeholder communication skills.

      • Proven experience working with data products focused on Data Science and/or Analytics Engineering as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Product Analyst.
      • Experience building products from concept to launch, participating in different stages of the product management lifecycle.
      • Basic knowledge of Data Science concepts, including modeling approaches, statistical methods, experimentation cycles, model testing, and proofs of concept.
      • Familiarity with data modeling concepts and the ability to structure analyses and collaborate with technical teams.
      • Experience applying Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or similar frameworks in multidisciplinary teams.
      • Knowledge of User Experience concepts, product design practices, hypothesis testing, and innovation processes.
      • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
      • Ability to balance quantitative analysis and qualitative research to create hypotheses and support decision-making.
      • Excellent communication skills, including written communication, presentations, storytelling, and stakeholder management.
      • Ability to work effectively in dynamic environments involving transformation, change management, and continuous improvement.
      • Strong planning, organization, critical thinking, and strategic vision focused on product impact, scalability, and results.
      • Nice to have:

        • Experience managing Supply Chain products or projects.
        • Experience working as a Product Manager in multidisciplinary digital and data teams.
        • Experience with OKR-based management.
        • Experience managing products involving multiple stakeholders and different organizational levels.
        • Experience using communication and analytical skills to solve complex business problems.
        • Familiarity with AI concepts and tools applied to product prototyping and innovation.
