POSITION SUMMARY:

The Product Strategy Senior Advisor helps shape the strategic direction and long-term evolution of the EncircleRx portfolio. This role identifies growth opportunities, evaluates market and competitive trends, and develops recommendations that drive portfolio performance, differentiation, and business value. The individual partners with business, clinical, finance, and leaders to influence strategic priorities, support investment decisions, and advance affordability, predictability, and sustainable growth objectives.

Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, the Senior Advisor leads strategic initiatives, develops business cases and executive recommendations, and supports portfolio planning, innovation, market expansion, and go-to-market strategy.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Advise leadership on EncircleRx portfolio strategy, growth opportunities, and market trends.

  • Develop recommendations to enhance product positioning, differentiation, and long-term value.

  • Assess emerging healthcare and weight management trends to inform future solution strategy.

  • Analyze financial, market, and program performance to identify strategic opportunities and risks.

  • Evaluate expansion opportunities, new client segments, and innovative offerings.

  • Influence cross-functional stakeholders to align on strategic priorities and business objectives.

  • Assess strategic partnerships and vendor opportunities that support portfolio growth.

  • Develop business cases, strategic recommendations, and executive-level communications.

  • Partner with Got to Market teams on market positioning and growth strategies.

  • Support portfolio planning, investment prioritization, and long-term business strategy.

IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE A COMBINATION OF THE FOLLOWING:

  • Experience developing strategies and solving complex business challenges in healthcare, PBM, or related industries.

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in business, healthcare, or a related field preferred.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable recommendations.

  • Experience influencing and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, including Clinical, Product, Finance, Underwriting, and Commercial teams.

  • Ability to translate market insights, financial performance, and competitive dynamics into strategic recommendations.

  • Strong executive communication and presentation skills.

  • Experience developing business cases, strategic plans, and growth initiatives.

  • Ability to manage multiple strategic priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence decision-making without direct authority.

  • Strong business acumen with experience assessing market opportunities, portfolio performance, and investment priorities.
