Accountabilities:
- Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Solutions Engineers supporting enterprise sales cycles
- Guide the team in complex technical sales motions including discovery, demos, POCs, security reviews, and RFPs
- Partner with enterprise Account Executives to drive technical strategy and execution across multi-stakeholder deals
- Oversee solution design and ensure alignment between customer workflows and platform capabilities
- Build and refine scalable enterprise SE processes including demo frameworks, POC methodologies, and enablement tools
- Develop competitive positioning, integration playbooks, and technical knowledge bases for enterprise engagements
- Translate field insights into structured feedback for Product and Engineering teams
- Step in directly on strategic deals when deep technical expertise is required
- Experience managing or mentoring Solutions Engineers in complex enterprise SaaS environments
- Proven track record of hiring, developing, and leading high-performing technical teams
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders (IT, Legal, Finance, HR, Executive sponsors)
- Ability to design and improve scalable processes, frameworks, and enablement systems
- Strong technical and business acumen with the ability to connect product capabilities to enterprise outcomes
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Experience partnering closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams
- Hands-on mindset with experience building POCs, demos, or technical evaluation frameworks
- Background in Applicant Tracking Systems or HR Tech is a plus
- Experience as a former Solutions Engineer, Solutions Architect, or similar technical IC role is highly valued
