Job Purpose
Warehouse Supervisors oversee critical functions of the distribution network that supports supplying Honda and Acura's dealer body with Automobile, Motorcycle and Power Equipment Parts. The warehouse supervisor position is responsible for handling the distribution centers processes to include receiving inbound freight, stocking, picking, packing, shipping and inventory control functions. The Supervisor is responsible for setting the standard of performance for workgroup associates and manages results based on departmental and business objectives.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills
- High School Diploma or General Equivalency
- Associate’s degree or equivalent job-related experience
- Three plus years in a job-related field with increasing responsibility
- One to three years supervision/leadership experience required in related field
- Previous exemplary performance in in a job-related field may partially compensate for lack of supervisory experience
