This role plays a key part in ensuring the stability, efficiency, and continuous improvement of a global Salesforce Service Cloud environment. Accountabilities

    • Support the daily administration of Salesforce Service Cloud, ensuring platform stability, performance, and usability across teams.
    • Configure and maintain Salesforce components including objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and flows.
    • Provide first-line support for Salesforce users by troubleshooting issues, resolving requests, and ensuring timely assistance.
    • Collaborate with business and operations teams to gather, document, and translate requirements into platform configurations.
    • Assist in implementing system enhancements and improvements in coordination with senior Salesforce administrators.
    • Maintain data quality and integrity through monitoring, cleanup activities, and governance best practices.
    • Support testing, validation, and deployment of Salesforce updates and new features.
    • Assist in the configuration and monitoring of AI-powered capabilities such as Agentforce and service automation workflows.
    • Document system configurations, processes, and user guides to support internal knowledge sharing and adoption.
    • Maintain awareness of Sales Cloud structures to ensure alignment across the broader Salesforce ecosystem.
    • Requirements

      • 3+ years of experience working as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar Salesforce support role.
      • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) preferred.
      • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud environments.
      • Familiarity with Sales Cloud concepts and data structures is a plus for cross-platform alignment.
      • Experience configuring Salesforce features such as objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and automation tools.
      • Exposure to Salesforce Flow and workflow automation is preferred.
      • Experience or familiarity with Salesforce AI capabilities such as Agentforce or Einstein AI is a plus.
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
      • Ability to translate business requirements into technical configurations and solutions.
      • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
      • Highly organized with strong documentation and system maintenance capabilities.
      • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global, and collaborative environment.
      • Professional fluency in English (written and spoken).
