Accountabilities:
- Drive new business development within Financial Services accounts, positioning an AI-driven security operations platform across enterprise clients.
- Own the full sales cycle including prospecting, qualification, solution positioning, negotiation, and closing of complex enterprise deals.
- Develop and execute territory and account strategies to consistently meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets.
- Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives and security leaders.
- Expand existing accounts through land-and-expand motions, increasing platform adoption and footprint over time.
- Orchestrate complex, multi-threaded sales processes involving multiple business units and technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product, and solution engineering to support deal execution.
- Apply structured sales methodologies such as MEDDICC, Challenger, or consultative selling approaches.
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and disciplined sales execution across all opportunities.
- 5–10+ years of enterprise sales experience selling cybersecurity or enterprise software solutions.
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and driving new business growth.
- Strong experience selling into Financial Services organizations (banks, insurers, or investment firms).
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
- Executive presence with experience engaging C-level decision-makers.
- Strong understanding of solution selling, consultative sales, and target account strategies.
- Hunter mentality with proven ability to generate and close new business opportunities.
- Familiarity with modern sales methodologies such as MEDDICC or Challenger.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
