KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide technical expertise and support to sales teams, channel partners and end users for fire safety and advance detection systems.
- Develop and deliver customized application and system solutions that address customer requirements and industry standards.
- Obtain local approval for new products and maintain approval for current products
- Support channel partners for site trouble shootings
- Provide training to channel partners to ensure they are competent on our products
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
- 3+ years of experience in technical support roles, preferably in fire safety or building automation systems
- Strong knowledge of fire alarm/protection systems, building automation technologies, and related industry standards
- Proficiency in system design and application engineering tools relevant to fire and safety systems
- Experience with Honeywell fire safety products or similar technologies is highly desirable
WE VALUE
- Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields
- Experience working in the Asia-Pacific market or similar regional experience
