In addition to an online store, Rexel USA has a distribution network of over 460 warehouse storefront locations throughout the U.S.Job DescriptionWe are looking for an Accountant to join our Talley team in Santa Fe Springs, CA!Summary: The Accountant is responsible for daily processing of branch bank deposits, monthly balance sheet and bank reconciliations, and any journal entries required. Handles monthly recurring journal entry set up and posting and supports external audits during the year.This position is fully on-site and requires working from the office each scheduled workday. Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.  What You'll Do:Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliationsPerform research and analysis of assigned accounts and explain variancesPrepare recurring, standard, and other journal entries related to balance sheet reconciliations and month-end responsibilitiesSupport external audit requests during the yearWork with Cash Applications and Accounts Payable teams to research and resolve outstanding bank reconciliation issuesPost branch daily deposits and work with branches to resolve any issuesOther duties as assignedJob Duties Disclaimer: The information contained in this job description is intended to describe the essential job functions required of those assigned to this job.
