This position resides in Montreal commencing in September 2026. It is mandatory that all applicants are graduated from studies at a post-secondary institution at the time of their start date. Please note that MBA and PHD candidates are not eligible for this program. **Required technical and professional expertise** * Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Economics, Arts, or a related field * Can understand clients’ needs and challenges and apply creative and logical approach to identify solutions * Can work on multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines while maintaining focus in an environment with conflicting demands * Ability to communicate complex situations clearly and simply by actively listening and conveying difficult messages in a positive manner * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and work effectively with individuals, strengthening relationships to achieve win-win solutions * Experience using AI tools and the Microsoft Office Suite * Fluency in both English and French is required **Preferred technical and professional experience** * A passion for innovative ideas, coupled with the ability to understand and assimilate different points of view * Can translate business requirements into technical solutions * Demonstrate leadership experience and ability to adapt, with willingness to readily take ownership of tasks and problems * Have initiative to actively seek new knowledge and improve skills IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
