As a Support Consultant, you’ll help clients navigate BGL's industry-leading software used across accounting, self-managed super funds (SMSF), corporate compliance, tax, and investment management. You’ll support our clients by resolving queries, providing practical solutions, and helping them better understand our products to prevent recurring issues.


This role offers:

  • Hands-on exposure to real-world accounting practices, including SMSFs, tax and compliance

  • Experience interpreting financial data and reports

What you’ll be doing
  • Providing phone and online support to clients using our accounting and financial software

  • Troubleshooting client issues and guiding users through solutions

  • Investigating complex queries by analysing and reconciling client data and reports

  • Managing client enquiries within service standards and KPIs

  • Working closely with Product teams to escalate software issues and identify improvements

  • Educating clients to improve their workflows and reduce repeat issues

  • Developing knowledge across superannuation, tax, AML and corporate compliance (full training provided)


About you
  • A degree in Accounting, Business, Commerce or a related field

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex information clearly

  • A natural curiosity and strong problem-solving mindset

  • Confidence working with data and learning technical systems

  • The ability to manage a high volume of client interactions

  • Excellent time management and attention to detail

  • A genuine passion for helping people

  • Previous customer service experience (desirable but not essential)
