Accountabilities:
- Collaborating with project managers and stakeholders to understand resource requirements for clinical research projects and operational activities.
- Developing and maintaining resource allocation plans to maximize workforce utilization and support successful project delivery.
- Monitoring resource availability, workload distribution, and utilization levels to identify risks, gaps, or capacity constraints.
- Recommending solutions to address resource challenges and improve planning efficiency.
- Providing guidance to project teams on resource management processes, planning practices, and operational best practices.
- Supporting the enhancement of resource management tools, systems, and processes to improve visibility and decision-making.
- Analyzing workforce data and trends to provide insights that support effective planning and business decisions.
- Maintaining accurate resource information and documentation to enable reliable reporting and forecasting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in resource planning, workforce management, capacity planning, or similar operational roles.
- Experience supporting project-based environments, preferably within clinical research, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industries.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed recommendations.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with experience collaborating across teams and influencing stakeholders.
