Accountabilities:

    The Product Specialist will serve as a subject matter expert for Adobe Experience Cloud technologies, helping teams understand platform capabilities and apply them effectively. This role requires a balance of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and hands-on involvement in solution development and validation.

    • Maintain advanced knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), including data ingestion, schemas, identity management, governance, and activation capabilities.
    • Apply hands-on expertise across Adobe solutions including Real-Time CDP (RTCDP), Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
    • Translate platform features into practical solution patterns, implementation approaches, and technical guidance.
    • Support configuration activities, pilots, proofs of concept, and test-and-learn initiatives to validate solutions.
    • Review product documentation, release updates, and technology roadmaps to stay informed on platform evolution.
    • Collaborate with product teams and internal specialists to understand platform capabilities, limitations, and recommended practices.
    • Identify technical dependencies, risks, and feasibility considerations to support roadmap planning and prioritization.
    • Contribute platform expertise to backlog refinement, adoption planning, and solution discussions.
    • Communicate complex platform concepts clearly to both technical teams and marketing stakeholders.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate will have strong Adobe Experience Cloud expertise combined with the ability to apply technical knowledge in real-world business environments. This role requires someone who can bridge technology and marketing needs while supporting successful platform adoption.

      • Hands-on experience implementing and supporting Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
      • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Real-Time CDP, Customer Journey Analytics, and Adobe Journey Optimizer.
      • Understanding of data modeling, identity resolution, activation workflows, and system integrations.
      • Experience supporting Adobe-based experimentation, pilots, proofs of concept, or phased technology rollouts.
      • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both business and technical audiences.
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate solution options and tradeoffs.
      • Experience documenting solution patterns, technical guidance, or implementation playbooks is preferred.
      • Familiarity with B2B or account-based marketing use cases within Adobe ecosystems is a plus.
      • Knowledge of related Adobe solutions such as Marketo, Target, or Workfront is beneficial.
      • Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
