Finance Operations InternshipOn-siteBusiness SupportAmsterdam, North Holland, NetherlandsShare this job DescriptionWe are looking for a motivated Finance Operations Intern to join our Finance team for a fulltime (40 hours per week) 6-month internship, beginning on September 1, 2026. You will work closely with the rest of our Finance & Accounting team across revenue operations, billing, reporting, and process improvement initiatives, gaining hands-on exposure to a broad range of finance activities. In this role, you will support key finance operations with a strong focus on revenue, billing, invoicing, customer support, process improvement, automation, and reporting.This internship is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, curious about finance operations, and interested in how digital tools and AI can improve business processes.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport invoicing and billing operations - Assist the Revenue and Billing Analyst with the timely and accurate issuance of invoices, ensuring correct coding, approval follow-up, and alignment with internal procedures.Provide customer support by email - Support customer care activities by responding to customer requests and needs related to billing, invoicing, payment status, documentation, and other finance-related queries.Analyze invoice processing flows - Review the invoice process to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, delays, and recurring issues.
