Field-based Account Manager F&B (all genders)
Eastern Austria – Salzburg, Upper Austria, Lower Austria, Vienna, Burgenland
This position is a fixed-term contract for two years due to an upcoming period of parental leave
Your responsibilities in this role:
• You serve as the point of contact for B2B sales of products and hygiene processes within the beverage, dairy, and food manufacturing sectors.
• You manage the implementation and ongoing support of cleaning and hygiene systems for existing customers, including conducting various measurements.
• Your role includes providing expert advice as well as developing and implementing concepts regarding equipment hygiene, personnel hygiene, and sustainability.
• You support new innovations and product launches and oversee product trials.
• You provide on-site consultation and conduct customer briefings and training sessions.
• Your scope of duties also includes acquiring new customers and determining their specific needs, pricing, and proposals.
What you bring to the table:
• Training in the food industry (food technology, chemistry, etc.) or equivalent professional experience/training
• Strong communication skills and a passion for advising customers
• Commitment, a sense of personal responsibility, and reliability, combined with a strong team spirit
• An affinity for IT and/or excellent proficiency in MS Office programs
• Residence within the region, as well as flexibility and a willingness to travel
• Class B driver's license

• A competitive gross annual salary starting at €48,000 (all-in package) based on the collective agreement for the trade sector (38-hour week), plus a company car (including for private use). Your target salary will be determined during a personal interview based on your relevant prior experience.
