As a Bellman, you’re not just assisting guests with special requests and services – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day as a Bellman:
Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival and departure.
Assist guests with luggage, including loading, unloading, storing, and delivering bags to rooms.
Escort guests to their rooms while sharing helpful information about hotel amenities and services.
Provide directions and recommendations for local attractions, dining, transportation, and hotel facilities.
Coordinate transportation needs, including taxis, rideshares, shuttles, and valet support.
Handle guest requests promptly and professionally to ensure a smooth and memorable stay.
Support VIP guests with attentive, personalized service.
Maintain the lobby, entrance, and luggage storage areas in a clean, organized, and welcoming condition.
