Senior Product Manager - Financial Reporting
Senior Product Managers are responsible for leading decision making, product strategy, definition, and execution for one or more products or feature areas that impact multiple product development teams or business functions.
As a Senior Product Manager, you will define and drive the end-to-end product vision and strategy for your area. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and pain points and prioritize and sequence feature development and releases leading to significant and tangible business value. You will develop your ideas into real products that our customers use and love every day. You will build strong working relationships across multiple engineering, design, project management, and business teams, and work closely with senior leaders within product development and across the company. You will be an advocate for your customers throughout the organization and hold a very high bar for building high quality products.
What You’ll Do
- Deeply understand the needs of our business and customers to build clarity on the requirements to build a resilient, reliable product
- Influence stakeholders and engineers with the right data points by driving clarity and alignment
- Create and drive alignment to execute faster, communicate often and highlight risk early
- Collaborate extensively with cross functional teams, including Engineering, User Experience, Customer Success, and Go-to-market teams to drive the vision, roadmap and delivery of the product
- You will be an expert in identifying long-term investment opportunities and engaging partners to garner support for those feature areas
- You will own the roadmap for the product, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholder to execute the vision
- As an expert, you will partner with others to collect performance metrics and form hypotheses for complex technical needs in order to improve product development in multiple areas
- Use your insights and knowledge from enterprise customers, as well as broad technical subject matter expertise, to train and enable a scalable product
What You'll Need
Minimum qualifications
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field ; an advanced degree may be considered in lieu of professional experience
- 6 years of related experience in a product role in software or other related field
Preferred qualifications
- MBA degree
- A proven track record of leading the development of product vision and strategy
- Experience delivering software in an agile development environment using continuous deployment techniques
- Shipped products with great customer experience user reviews
- A self-starter mindset to execute in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction
- An excellent understanding of product development and how web technologies work
- Ability to work collaboratively in an environment that promotes constant team communication
- Strong Leadership skills – the ability to influence and inspire across multiple teams and job functions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and prioritization skills
Travel Requirements and Working Conditions
- Willingness to travel up to 20% for team and corporate meetings, fostering relationships and representing company interests

How You’ll Be Rewarded
✅ Salary range in the US: $129,000.00 - $207,000.00✅ A discretionary bonus typically paid annually
✅ Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire
