This role serves as the operational backbone of a fast-scaling games division within a highly successful and rapidly growing entertainment franchise. You will act as the right hand to the General Manager of Games, owning the operating rhythm of the entire division and ensuring that information, decisions, and execution flow seamlessly across all teams. Acting as the central nervous system of the organization, you will consolidate updates across production, engineering, design, marketing, QA, product, and player experience into clear, decision-ready insights. Accountabilities

    • Own the operating rhythm of the Games Division by managing leadership cadences, reviews, and executive-level meetings, ensuring every session is structured, purposeful, and outcome-driven.
    • Build, maintain, and enforce GM meeting agendas, pre-reads, decision points, and follow-ups, ensuring clarity before, during, and after all key discussions.
    • Act as the central hub for information flow by aggregating updates across all game development functions into clear, concise, and actionable executive reporting.
    • Track, document, and drive completion of decisions, action items, and risks across the division, escalating issues and ensuring accountability across teams.
    • Manage the GM’s calendar and priorities by filtering, consolidating, or redirecting meetings and requests to protect strategic focus time.
    • Produce executive-ready materials including OKR updates, QBR inputs, board-level summaries, and cross-functional briefing documents.
    • Identify operational inefficiencies and continuously improve how the division runs through better systems, reporting structures, and decision-making processes.
    • Requirements

      • 7–10+ years of experience in program management, business operations, chief of staff, or similar senior operational roles supporting executive leadership.
      • Proven experience working directly with VP-level or senior executives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
      • Strong ability to exercise independent judgment, including prioritizing, declining, or redirecting requests from senior stakeholders when necessary.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complex, multi-threaded information into clear executive summaries.
      • Exceptional organizational skills with a track record of building scalable systems for tracking work, decisions, and cross-functional initiatives.
      • Comfort operating in ambiguity and translating loosely defined problems into structured plans and actionable outputs.
      • Proficiency with modern collaboration and productivity tools such as Jira, Confluence, Slack, and Google Workspace.
      • Experience in gaming, entertainment, or creative production environments is highly desirable, particularly with an understanding of development cycles and milestone-based delivery.
