• Provide comprehensive and best-in-class management services to run day-to-day operations and services for the overall Operations Branches & offsite buildings for UOB

• Assist the Senior Facilities Manager in achieving the account’s targets and work with the other team members to meet all key performance indicators as agreed with the client.

• Be involved in a wide range of activities and responsibilities such as the following:

-    Vendor and Contract Management

-    Facilities Operations and Improvements

-    Procurement and Risk Management

-    Customer Service & Client Relationships

-    Reporting, Training, Staff Management and other responsibilities assigned

-    PO processing, GR activities etc as required as per Bank procedures

• Support major and minor internal projects (and moves/adds/changes) from start to finish, including tender process, procurement, project planning & execution, staff communications, risk management, quality supervision and project updates/reporting (If required).

• Implement JLL Corrigo tool on the site and ensure that the Client staff uses it as well to log in helpdesk complaints

• Assist in the implementation and management of a property risk management program which identifies major property risks including occupational health and safety, fire safety and essential services and environmental.

• Follow established escalation procedures and incident reporting procedures 

• Schedule and carry out periodic inspections and provide Reports as required by the Client and Senior FM

• Actively participate in all planned training activities

• Carry out other tasks assigned to you from time to time
