Accountabilities:

    • Collaborate with clinical, product, and operations teams to define analytical needs, translate business questions into structured analysis, and deliver actionable insights that support strategic and operational decisions.
    • Analyze healthcare datasets such as claims, eligibility, and utilization data to identify trends, monitor KPIs, and support value-based care initiatives.
    • Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover patterns, correlations, and anomalies that inform hypothesis generation and improve understanding of patient and system outcomes.
    • Design, build, and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide clear visibility into performance metrics and business outcomes.
    • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by validating, reconciling, and QA’ing datasets and analytical outputs across evolving data sources.
    • Document methodologies, assumptions, and analytical logic to ensure transparency, reproducibility, and alignment across stakeholders.
    • Contribute to strengthening a data-driven culture by promoting clarity, consistency, and business relevance in all analytical work.
    • Requirements:

      • 5–7 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, healthcare analytics, or a related field.
      • Strong experience working with healthcare data such as claims, eligibility, risk adjustment, or similar structured clinical datasets.
      • Advanced proficiency in SQL with experience querying relational databases; familiarity with Python and dbt is a plus.
      • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms.
      • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills for rapid analysis, modeling, and reporting.
      • Ability to work comfortably with ambiguity, evolving datasets, and imperfect data environments while maintaining analytical rigor.
      • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex analyses into clear, accessible insights for non-technical stakeholders.
      • Strong sense of ownership, curiosity, and continuous improvement in analytical work.
