Field Technician

Role responsibilities

Travel to residential and small commercial sites to install energy-efficient equipment such as aerators, showerheads, and lighting. Perform technical tasks including blower door and combustion safety testing while explaining incentive programs to customers.

Requirements

Requires a high school diploma and one to three years of experience in technical fields like HVAC, construction, or wiring, plus customer service experience. Candidates must possess mechanical aptitude and hold a valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
