With 465 billion automated optimizations per second, the AI-powered StackAdapt Marketing Platform seamlessly connects brand and performance marketing to drive measurable results across the entire customer journey. The most forward-thinking marketers choose StackAdapt to orchestrate high-impact campaigns across programmatic advertising and marketing channels.
The Inventory & Channel Program team is responsible for driving growth, profitability, and investment discipline across StackAdapt’s inventory and channel portfolio. This includes programmatic channels such as Display, Native, Video, CTV, Audio, and DOOH, as well as emerging and adjacent marketing channels such as email, direct mail, paid media, walled gardens, and AI-enabled buying experiences.
As the business matures, the team is evolving from feature-driven delivery toward a more rigorous investment portfolio approach, where roadmap decisions are based on business impact, confidence, urgency, and required investment.
We are looking for a Manager, Inventory & Product Strategy to support portfolio-level decision making across inventory and channel initiatives. This role will partner closely with Channel Leads, Product, Engineering, Operations, Partnerships, GTM, Finance, and leadership to quantify opportunities, validate business cases, and help prioritize investments across the Inventory & Channels portfolio.
The role will initially focus on programmatic channels, where the team has the deepest operating history and largest near-term business impact, while helping establish a decisioning and prioritization model that can scale across the broader Inventory & Channels portfolio over time.
This is not a day-to-day delivery or implementation role. The role is focused on improving decision quality, ensuring roadmap opportunities are evaluated consistently, and helping leadership allocate resources toward the highest-value initiatives.
What You'll Be Doing:
Partner with Channel Leads to evaluate opportunities across programmatic channels initially, with the framework extending over time to adjacent marketing channels and cross-channel initiatives
Quantify expected business impact, including revenue growth, operational efficiency, risk reduction, customer adoption, and long-term strategic value
Build and validate business cases for major roadmap opportunities and investment decisions
Standardize prioritization inputs across channels, including impact, confidence, urgency, and investment requirements
Maintain a portfolio-level view of inventory and channel opportunities, tradeoffs, assumptions, and prioritization rationale
Support quarterly channel investment reviews and leadership roadmap discussions
Identify gaps, overlaps, double-counting, or weak assumptions in investment recommendations
Partner with Product, Engineering, Finance, GTM, Partnerships, and Operations to ensure roadmap decisions are grounded in business outcomes and execution reality
Help translate ambiguous business problems into clear decision frameworks, options, and recommendations
Track whether completed initiatives achieved expected outcomes and feed learnings back into future prioritization
What You'll Bring to the Table
Experience in technology, product strategy, business operations, product operations, strategic finance, consulting, product management, or a related function
Strong ability to quantify business impact, assess tradeoffs, and evaluate investment opportunities
Experience supporting roadmap prioritization, portfolio planning, business case development, or resource allocation decisions
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with comfort working through ambiguity and imperfect data
Ability to partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, GTM, Finance, Partnerships, and leadership stakeholders
