The salary offered within this range will be based upon the geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level. Salary Range:$77,400.00 - $116,000.00Purpose Statement:  The Sr Tax Analyst is responsible for income tax compliance and reporting on a global basis for a rapidly growing multinational publicly traded company. This includes tax related issues such as preparation, planning and research as well as communicating with U.S. and non-U.S. finance teams. Will have more involvement in strategic tax planning, managing complex issues, and providing guidance to junior team members.Key Job Accountabilities:Serve as a subject matter expert for various tax issues in communications with the business sites. Assist in developing innovative and creative solutions that will help to resolve or minimize potential tax risk for our business sites. Be fully conversant and intimate with the Plexus business model and be proactive in offering tax advice for our business partners.Assist in completing the quarterly and annual effective tax rate calculations. This includes a review of all tax accounts maintained by the tax department. Assist in preparing and reviewing the quarterly and annual disclosures of tax information found in the financial statements, the 10Q's and 10K footnotes and other disclosures.Responsible for supporting tax management with maintaining the tax accounts. This includes reviewing and maintaining schedules used to support the quarterly financial statements and tax footnotes and reviewing deferred tax computations.Responsible for the timely completion of Plexus' tax filing...
