Accountabilities:
- Manage and maintain pricing structures, ensuring accuracy and correct execution of pricing tables across business channels.
- Support pricing governance by organizing, validating, and structuring databases and master data.
- Analyze complex datasets and large volumes of SKUs to identify opportunities and support decision-making.
- Provide operational support to specialist teams, including promotional performance analysis, market evaluations, and financial results monitoring.
- Ensure alignment and information flow between different departments and organizational levels.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to more efficient commercial operations.
- Prepare analyses and reports that support Revenue Growth Management initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency and reliability of commercial information.
- Bachelor’s degree completed.
- Experience with complex data analysis and management of large volumes of information or SKUs.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify problems, suggest improvements, and optimize processes.
- Good organization skills and ability to prioritize activities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with different areas and stakeholders.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and spreadsheet management.
- Experience creating presentations using PowerPoint, Google Slides, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of RGM (Revenue Growth Management), Pricing, Market Intelligence, Commercial Performance, or Planning areas is a plus.
- Familiarity with technology tools, Artificial Intelligence solutions, and Google ecosystem tools is desirable.
