Role responsibilities
The Field Service Technician is responsible for the accurate and timely completion of work orders, customer interaction, and managing on-site installation and repairs. The role also involves diagnosing technical problems and identifying additional revenue opportunities.
Requirements
Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of related mechanical or technical experience and strong electro-mechanical skills. A valid driver's license and a high school diploma or equivalent are also required.
