Accountabilities:
- Support the coordination and execution of qualitative research projects from initiation to delivery.
- Recruit and manage respondents in French-speaking markets through panel recruitment and free-finding methodologies.
- Contact, confirm, and re-screen participants to ensure research quality and compliance with project specifications.
- Maintain and update internal and client-facing recruitment tracking documents and project reports.
- Coordinate and manage relationships with vendors, freelancers, and translation agencies involved in project delivery.
- Review and validate vendor deliverables to ensure quality standards and client requirements are met.
- Assist in negotiating costs, monitoring vendor performance, and ensuring timely completion of project milestones.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners to support future project success.
- Collaborate with Project Managers and, when necessary, communicate directly with clients regarding project updates and deliverables.
- Proactively identify and resolve project issues, ensuring smooth execution and high-quality outcomes.
- Native or fluent French language proficiency, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
- Previous experience in market research, ideally within healthcare, life sciences, or related industries, is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within international teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders and external partners.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Comfortable learning new technologies, software platforms, and project management tools quickly.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of reprioritizing tasks effectively throughout the day.
