About the Team
We build the infrastructure and processes that power hiring at scale. Our team partners across TA to standardize, automate, and continuously improve. We exist to make recruiting seamless and effective globally.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting and resolving TA system issues across recruiting workflows, escalating complex problems to vendors or integrations teams as needed.
- Driving operational improvement projects that increase automation, scalability, and user experience across the recruiting ecosystem.
- Coordinating system testing for updates and new features, validating workflows, and ensuring changes align with business requirements.
- Creating and maintaining process documentation, job aids, and training materials that reduce support volume and enable new team members.
- Analysing support trends and operational data to surface insights and recommend process improvements to leadership.
What We're Looking For
- Bring 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations or a similar recruiting operations role.
- Demonstrate hands-on experience supporting an ATS (e.g., Workday), including workflow configuration and troubleshooting.
- Show a track record of contributing to TA operations projects such as process improvements, system implementations, or workflow optimization.
- Apply strong documentation and process-mapping skills to create clear, usable resources.
- Translate operational data into actionable insights that drive continuous improvement.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders including recruiters, coordinators, and vendors.
