We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Project/Program Manager to join our Investor Services Operations team. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving process and technology change across the group, influencing decisions, and delivering complex projects with significant impact. Responsibilities: Lead, coordinate and successfully implement multiple projects/programs across Operations, in cooperation with our Product, Technology partners and for/with our clients. Formulate detailed project plans, analysis of effort, cost and impact on various Citi businesses to ensure timely execution and mitigate potential risks. Support in analysis & oversight of proposed system changes to assure smooth projects implementation.  Build and manage an effective project team. Challenge the status quo, display initiative and innovation. Take proactive actions targeted at minimizing and mitigating implementation risk. Ensure that all necessary project documentation is maintained and all necessary approvals for the project are obtained. Act as a trusted partner to Clients and internal business partners. Display appropriate involvement in Department strategic planning. Drive improvement and competitive differentiation by proposing and implementing innovative solutions.  Qualifications: 6-10 years of experience in Project Management or operational improvements (e.g., Lean, reengineering). Expertise in project methodologies and tools (PMBOK standard/PMP certification advantageous). Proven experience driving projects with external clients; ability to influence stakeholders. Desirable: Experience in asset management or Securities Services operations; strong understanding of financial markets. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. Strong analytical skills; excellent English communication. Bachelor’s/University degree required, Master’s preferred. Subject matter expertise in one or more specific skill sets within operations. We offer:By joining Citi Solutions Center Poland, you will not only be part of a business casual workplace with a hybrid working model (currently up to 2 days working at home per week), but also (potentially, subject to final offer) receive a competitive base salary and enjoy a whole host of additional benefits which can include:Employer paid Defined Contribution Pension Plan contribution of 6% of employee’s pensionable earnings (PPE Program)Employer paid Private Medical Care Package for employees and Private Medical Care Packages for certain family members available at preferential ratesEmployer paid Life Insurance Program for employees and Life Insurance for certain family members available at preferential ratesEmployee Assistance Program financed by EmployerPaid Parental Leave Program (maternity and paternity leave; statutory and 2 weeks additional paid paternity leave)Sport Card for employees subsidised via Social Benefits Fund and Sport Cards for certain family members available at preferential ratesAdditional benefits from Company’s Social Benefit Fund, in particular: Holidays Allowance, support for sport and cultural activities, team building events.Additional day off for volunteeringCafeteria/ flex benefit – a company benefits system which enables employees to select and purchase benefits offered by a provider and available for employees on the platform.Opportunity to receive an annual discretionary incentive awardSpecial offers and discounts for employeesClick here to review the Remuneration Regulations extract.Alongside these benefits Citi is committed to ensuring our workplace is where...
