Why This Role Matters
As Key Account Manager, Commercial Replacement, Türkiye West, you will be responsible from developing and implementing strategic account plans that leverage Goodyear's unique offer of tires and solutions to enhance sustainability and drive efficiency for our commercial replacement customers.
What You'll Do
Cultivate and maintain strong business relationships with key stakeholders in the area of responsibility, showcasing the benefits of our products in meeting their unique needs.
Utilize solution-selling techniques to align Goodyear's products and services
Address customer issues promptly and effectively, leveraging the flexibility of the Goodyear’s offer to provide innovative solutions and enhance overall satisfaction
Collaborate with commercial replacement customers to identify areas for improvement in their business operations
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities with both existing and potential clients, promoting the advantages of Goodyear's products and services
What You'll Bring
A bachelor’s degree, ideally in business administration and/or engineering.
Proven track record in sales and B2B account management, within a related industry.
Strong understanding of value selling, with a focus on finding the right balance of products, services, and solutions to meet and exceed customer expectations.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive client relationships.
Self-motivation and result-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding targets and goals.
Proficient in English and Turkish, both written and spoken.
To have a B-type driver’s license
