RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Monitor daily plan vs actual output and take corrective action for GAP.
- Resource management – Human, Material
- Drive Continuous improvement through VOS (Vertiv operating system)
- Ensure quality products are delivered.
- Ensure safe environment on the line and drive 5S.
- On the Job training to new operators.
- Achieve desired efficiency and productivity levels.
- Coordination with Store and purchase for material requirement.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· B.E/ Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Production.
- Production management
- Knowledge of MS office and ERP system like Oracle / SAP
- Interpersonal skills / Analytical skills / Problem solving skills / Team player.
- Understanding of Lean principles.
- 3 - 5 yrs. experience in manufacturing Industry managing Assembly line.
- Willing to work in shifts
