Backed by world-class investors and a rapidly growing customer base, we’re building something unique – and we’re just getting started.Investment Manager – OriginationAs an Investment Manager within Origination at Gilion, you are responsible for building and converting a high-quality deal pipeline across Northern Europe’s most ambitious technology companies — including tomorrow’s category leaders and potential unicorns. Initially, your primary focus will be Sweden and Finland, with potential to expand into additional markets over time.You will be at the forefront of our commercial efforts, engaging with founders, CEOs, and leading VCs to position Gilion as a trusted financing partner.You will drive deal origination through proactive outreach, partnerships, and network development, and own the commercial dialogue from first interaction to signed deal — in close collaboration with our Structuring team.
