The EHS & Facilities Intern is responsible for supporting administrative and operational activities related to Facilities, Environment, Health and Safety (EHS), Sustainability, Regulatory Compliance, and Quality Management Systems. This role plays an important part in ensuring compliance with internal processes and external regulations while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

This position reports to the Quality, Facilities & EHS Supervisor and is part of the Environmental / Occupational Health & Safety Department located in Diadema (SP) and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Support internal stakeholders by receiving, prioritising, and responding to operational requests related to facilities and EHS topics;

  • Manage administrative routines such as PPE distribution tracking, internal requests, and documentation workflows;

  • Support document control activities, including organisation, updating, and monitoring of EHS, regulatory, and quality documentation.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or related fields, with expected graduation within August/2027 and December/2028;

  • Availability to work on-site in Diadema (SP) for a 6-hour daily schedule from Monday to Friday;

  • Intermediate English communication skills, especially for conversation (it will be assessed in the interviews).

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Previous experience in administrative activities, internships, or apprenticeship (e.g., Jovem Aprendiz)

  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel.
