UPS Field Service Technician I

Role responsibilities

The UPS Field Service Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing UPS equipment both in the field and in-house. They will also perform startup, commissioning, and preventive maintenance tasks at customer sites.

Requirements

An Associate's Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering/Technology or equivalent experience is required. The position requires 0-6 years of experience and familiarity with electrical safety and the use of Personal Protective Equipment.
