Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking a results-driven Outbound Sales Account Executive to join Pearl’s growing sales team. This role is built for someone who is hungry, coachable, competitive, and willing to do the hard work required to create opportunities from the ground up.
As an Outbound AE, you will be responsible for generating new business within the dental industry through strategic prospecting, in-person field selling, outbound campaigns, and consultative product demonstrations. This is not a sit-back-and-wait-for-leads role. We are looking for someone who can create momentum, build relationships quickly, and help dental practices understand how Pearl’s AI solutions can improve patient care, case acceptance, workflow efficiency, and practice growth.
This person will be part of a fast-moving outbound team that operates with high accountability, strong team culture, and a competitive mindset. Our outbound team plays a major role in Pearl’s market expansion through daily prospecting, territory development, and regional blitz campaigns.
What You’ll Do
Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within the dental industry.
Conduct consultative sales presentations and product demonstrations for dentists, practice owners, office managers, and multi-location groups.
Clearly communicate the value of Pearl’s AI solutions, including Second Opinion, Practice Intelligence, Voice, and other products within the Pearl platform.
Build pipeline through outbound calls, emails, social outreach, referrals, events, and in-person office visits.
Participate in regional outbound blitzes, including in-person prospecting, live demos, follow-up execution, and same-day closing opportunities.
Develop and execute territory plans to grow market share and hit monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close new business effectively.
Collaborate closely with SDRs, team leads, marketing, customer success, and product teams to improve sales execution and customer experience.
Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline updates, follow-up tasks, and sales forecasts.
Stay current on dental industry trends, competitive solutions, and Pearl’s evolving product suite.
Represent Pearl with professionalism, confidence, and energy in both virtual and in-person sales environments.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
2+ years of experience as an Account Executive, preferably in SaaS, dental, healthcare, or technology sales.
Proven ability to prospect, build pipeline, and close new business.
Strong presentation and demo skills with the ability to simplify complex technology.
Competitive mindset with a high level of ownership, urgency, and accountability.
Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales and growth.
Ability to work in office as part of a high-accountability team environment.
Ability to travel 3-6 days per month for outbound blitzes, events, conferences, and territory development.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a highly collaborative team environment.
Strong communication, follow-up, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and modern sales tools.
Ability to operate in a fast-paced startup environment where priorities move quickly.
