Accountabilities:
- Design, build, and modernize scalable data pipelines and integrations across enterprise systems including ERP, EPM, treasury, HR, and financial platforms
- Architect and evolve the core financial data warehouse, establishing long-term data modeling and analytics foundations
- Implement robust data quality frameworks, automated reconciliation logic, and monitoring systems to ensure accuracy, traceability, and compliance
- Develop and maintain highly reliable ETL/ELT pipelines using modern orchestration tools and cloud data warehouse technologies
- Define and enforce data engineering best practices including version control, CI/CD, testing, schema management, and observability
- Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Legal, and other business stakeholders to translate reporting and compliance needs into scalable data solutions
- Ensure SOX-compliant data workflows through strong governance, lineage tracking, and audit-ready infrastructure
- Partner cross-functionally to improve enterprise data flows and support broader corporate engineering initiatives
- 7+ years of experience in data engineering, building and maintaining complex data pipelines in enterprise environments
- Strong expertise in cloud data platforms and AWS infrastructure, particularly S3-based ingestion and data lake architecture
- Deep understanding of modern data engineering practices including idempotent pipeline design, schema evolution, lineage, and observability
- Proven experience working with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite), financial platforms (e.g., Coupa, Zip), and iPaaS tools such as Workato
- Strong background in data modeling for analytics, reporting, and enterprise-scale data warehousing
- Experience working in public company environments with strict SOX compliance and governance requirements
- Ability to operate autonomously in Agile environments, managing priorities, sprints, and technical roadmaps
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to data accuracy and system reliability
- Nice to have: familiarity with Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Record-to-Report financial processes, and NetSuite schema and APIs
- Competitive annual base salary ranging from $180,200 to $252,300 USD
