The role requires the ability to synthesise information and business intelligence from a variety of sources including those concerning technical compliance, budget, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and other metrics, and to communicate the information clearly, including explanation of underlying data and calculationsWhere will you be based and what business will you support?This hybrid position is based in Dublin, Ireland, with a minimum of two days per week in the office.How can you help us?You will help us transform complex IT, operational, financial and business data into clear, insightful and executive-level communications. By working closely with senior IT leadership and stakeholders across the organization, you will ensure that reporting, documentation and strategic messaging are accurate, consistent and impactful. If you enjoy bringing structure, clarity and consistency to complex information, we'd love to hear from you.You have:Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Information Systems, Mathematics, Communications, or a related field.3–7 years of experience producing executive-level reports, governance documentation, performance reporting or business communications.Proven ability to analyse and interpret complex financial, operational, technical and statistical data and translate findings into executive-level recommendations.Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.Experience with Power BI, Excel reporting and dashboard interpretation.Strong understanding of KPI methodologies and performance measurement.Excellent stakeholder management, collaboration and communication skills.Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality deliverables.Nice to have:Knowledge of IT and documentation frameworks such as SDLC, ITIL, ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO 9001.Experience in IT governance, executive reporting, business analytics or strategic communications.Exposure to large,...
