What would you do? CF Operations Role Summary Support critical controllership, compliance, and financial close activities to ensure accurate financial reporting, effective control execution, balance sheet governance, and audit readiness. Controllership refers to the management and oversight of an organizations financial reporting and accounting functions. This includes ensuring accurate financial records, compliance with regulations, budgeting, and financial analysis. The goal is to provide reliable financial information to support decision-making and maintain financial integrity. Key Skills Financial Close & Reporting Controllership & Compliance Balance Sheet Governance SOX Controls Journal Entry Review Stakeholder Management Process Improvement & Automation Risk Management and Audit SupportA set of international accounting standards stating how particular types of transactions and other events should be reported in financial statements.
What are we looking for? •Qualifications MBA Finance or CA/CMA/CS (inter) equivalent finance qualification. Experience in controllership, financial close, reconciliations, and accrual accounting. Knowledge of SOX, internal controls, and audit compliance. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. SAP and Microsoft Office proficiency preferred.
Roles and Responsibilities: •Key Responsibilities Execute Pre-Close and Post-Close activities. Manage accrual accounting, including global accruals. Perform journal entry validation and support month-end/quarter-end close. Execute SOX controls and ensure compliance with internal policies. Support Balance Sheet Reconciliations (BSR) and governance activities. Manage ServiceNow governance and pre-close readiness reviews. Coordinate with global stakeholders and support audit requirements. Drive process improvements, standardization, and automation initiativesMaster of Business Administration
