Picture yourself brightening someone’s day. When you join our Hotels team, that’s exactly what you’ll do every time you come to work! As a Chief Concierge, you’re not just overseeing the daily operations of the concierge desk – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

  • Supervise concierge team:  Train, schedule, and supervise concierge team members, providing guidance and support to ensure an exceptional guest experience
  • Delight our guests:  Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns
  • Offer recommendations:  Provide information and handle arrangements for dining, transportation, events, tours, and local attractions
  • Coordinate special services:  Arrange for medical care, childcare, floral delivery, and other personalized guest needs
  • Support VIP guests:  Facilitate seamless registration and elevated service for high-priority guests
  • Promote hotel offerings:  Share marketing materials and encourage use of hotel services and programs
  • Manage budgets and payroll:  Oversee concierge expenditures, including payroll, ensuring financial efficiency and alignment with budgetary guidelines

In addition, this role requires the following minimum qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/University Degree (list highest required level only)
  • X years of experience in Y (e.g., hotel management)
  • License or Certification
  • Languages
