We are seeking candidates who model our values: invest in every relationship, lead with curiosity, champion diverse perspectives, turn inputs into actions, and uphold trust through integrity. Skills and CompetenciesDemonstrated experience providing advanced credit analysis or risk assessment, particularly in public finance sectorsStrong experience reading and analyzing legal documents, including indentures, loan agreements, credit agreements, and legal opinionsCash flow modeling experience, preferably related to bond transactionsExperience working directly with legal counsel, underwriters, and bankersStrong credit and analytical competence with proven ability to evaluate complex financial structures, including legal documentation and cash flow analysisExperience in gas and electric prepayment transactions and strucutres that include bank support would be preferred but not requiredExcellent verbal and written communication skills, able to articulate clear and succinct credit views to internal and external stakeholdersDiligence, efficiency and strong sense of ownership with the ability to meet tight deadlines and produce high-quality outcomesAdaptability and comfort working with a variety of technical tools and teams including a basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency.
