About the Role
You'll lead a team of Reservation Sales Specialists responsible for converting inbound demand into booked nights and long-term members. This is a metrics-driven role where you'll own your team's performance end-to-end: pipeline health, follow-ups, call quality, conversion, and overall output.
Beyond day-to-day management, you'll identify gaps, implement solutions, and continuously improve how we sell — including leveraging automation and AI tools to increase efficiency and consistency.
About the Team
You'll join a lean, fast-moving team focused on scaling a high-volume, high-efficiency sales operation. The team moves quickly, adapts fast, and continuously raises the bar on both performance and customer experience.
What You'll Do
- Own your team's quota attainment and KPI performance — booked nights, conversion, QA, and pipeline hygiene.
- Provide real-time coaching on calls, deals, and objection handling.
- Ensure fast, consistent follow-up across all inbound and outbound leads.
- Manage escalations and step in when deals need to be saved or closed.
- Drive CRM discipline and data quality across your team.
- Analyze performance (calls, conversions, CSAT, pipeline) and turn insights into action.
- Partner with internal teams (Support, Billing, Ops) to remove blockers and improve close rates.
- Implement and optimize sales processes, automations, and AI workflows.
- Build a high-performance culture: accountability, urgency, and strong execution.
What You'll Need
- English proficiency: C1 (advanced)
- Ability to work from our Polanco office — a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
- 4+ years of experience in B2C or B2B sales with a strong performance track record.
- 2+ years of experience managing sales or customer-facing teams.
- Proven ability to hit and exceed targets through your team.
- Strong command of sales funnels, pipeline management, and CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Experience with automation tools (Zapier or similar) and BI tools (Looker or similar).
- Practical use of AI tools (ChatGPT or similar) to improve workflows and efficiency.
- Highly accountable, proactive operator who identifies and solves problems without being asked.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $20,000 - $22,500 MXN gross per month + commissions
- Grocery vouchers: $1,500 MXN net per month
- Vacation: 12 days per year (available after 90 days of employment)
- Paid time off (PTO): 40 hours per year (available after 30 days of employment)
