About the Role

IQVIA is looking for a Reference File Maintainer to support the acquisition, processing, and preparation of data received from suppliers. The role focuses on receiving, identifying, logging, and moving data through IQVIA acquisition platforms in line with standard operating procedures.

The successful candidate will work under close guidance or supervision to ensure data is formatted appropriately for input into IQVIA systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, identify, and log inbound data from suppliers.
  • Replenish blank media to data suppliers as required.
  • Execute the movement of data through IQVIA acquisition platforms according to standard operating procedures.
  • Perform initial volume checks to determine whether the amount of data received is realistic.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of experience.
  • At least 1 year of work experience.
  • Basic job knowledge of systems and procedures gained through prior work experience or education.

Skills and Abilities

  • Knowledge of PC-based Windows applications, mainframe tools used by IQVIA, and third-party tools/software.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to follow directions accurately and work under time constraints and changing work volumes.
  • Ability to follow established procedures to resolve routine matters.
  • Understanding of workflow and processes for different audits.
