We are now seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer – (Project and Design) to join our Brisbane team, supporting the delivery of complex electrical projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop low-voltage electrical systems and switchboards.

  • Prepare engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.

  • Support testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT).

  • Ensure compliance with AS/NZS, IEC, ANZEx, and IECEx standards.

  • Participate in design reviews, risk assessments, and safety initiatives.

  • Collaborate with project, manufacturing, and customer teams to deliver quality outcomes.

About You

  • Electrical trade background or Degree in Electrical Engineering.

  • 4+ years’ electrical design experience.

  • RPEQ registration or eligibility to obtain.

  • Proficient in AutoCAD and PowerCAD.

  • Experience in switchboard design and electrical standards compliance.

  • Mining, oil & gas, defence, or other high-hazard industry experience desirable.

  • Knowledge of instrumentation and hazardous area certification processes advantageous.
